As we celebrate the first anniversary of our tasting room and mark 10 years in business, we are beginning a new tradition—one deeply rooted in our heritage. This tradition is dedicated to those who have supported us along the way, shaping our journey and walking with us toward the future.
This past year has been a mix of highs and lows, losses and victories. Through it all, we have grown, and we want to thank every one of you who stood by us. Your support means everything.
 
This label marks the beginning of our anniversary series, with a new release debuting each January to celebrate this special milestone.
Our inaugural release is called Friendship. The artwork, created by Demetrius about five years ago, carries a deep personal story. At the time, he was on the verge of giving up on the dream of making whiskey. The storm clouds in the painting symbolize the weight of failure he felt then. Yet this piece also serves as a reminder of why he persevered—because of the history he was honoring and the unwavering faith of those who believed in him from the very start.
 
To all of you who continue to support us: thank you. We owe you more than we could ever repay, but we strive to show our gratitude through every bottle we make and every piece of our story we honor.
